Loved the hotel. Clean with friendly staff. I will stay there again if I travel to Chongming island again. Also they let us keep our bikes in the room.

The room is pretty spacious, good location because the hotel located not too far from the ferry port and city center but hotel breakfast needs some improvement. There weren’t many food choices

Third stay at this hotel in as many years. Service and standards seem to improve every time, not that there have been any issues with any of my stays. Seemless, super fast and professional check in, especially considering these covid times. The clerk I dealt with was really very good. Food, cleanliness of room and friendly cleaning staff all 5/5.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The shower and toilets are dirty, there is hair on the bed and towels. Long black hair? Mmm. I started using the computer in the afternoon and it was like this until midnight. 5. I checked in from October 25th to 27th. The weather was getting colder. I turned on the hot air conditioner, but it didn't give out any heat. 6. Breakfast? I went there at 10 o'clock. The fried rice was hard, so I covered it.

I stayed in room 310. The room is relatively small. The bedding is clean and smell-free. There is an electric plug at the bedside. Please be careful if there are children. There is a parking space at the entrance of the hotel. You can see your car from the room.
