Loved the hotel. Was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was close to the railway station and airport but a bit far from the places I wanted to go. Breakfast was local Chinese food.

Staff are very supporting. Clothes dryer is needed to be installed near washing machine.

Decent hotel

The bedding is comfortable and soft, and lying down seems to eliminate all fatigue. The hygiene is impeccable, and every corner is clean and tidy. The facilities are also complete, especially some intelligent equipment, which brings a lot of convenience. The service is even more remarkable.

The room is spacious and the furniture is antique. It is close to the airport and you can take Line 2 to the Bund and the city center. You can see large planes flying overhead at any time during the day. It is still quite quiet at night.

Check-in was also very fast, and they also gave us some tips. As we were a couple, we had some small requests when booking, and the hotel also met them in advance. The room had already been decorated. The room environment was great, and I slowly opened the curtains. It made me feel good. The facilities were also well maintained.

The room is large and the soundproofing is great! The breakfast is also rich! But there are not enough vegetables. The service staff is very friendly, but the breakfast is western style. I hope to add a few Chinese breakfasts. It is 3 kilometers away from the subway. You can only take a taxi to get around. However, this level of hotel may mainly serve business people, and we are not the main source of tourists.

Bad review, I will never stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff are all uncles, they have no sense of service at all, just looking for trouble. I have stayed in this hotel more than ten times. Before, the front desk took my phone to write good reviews for them, and I accepted it. This time should be during the exhibition period. The room rate doubled, breakfast was not given, platinum membership was useless, and the room type was not upgraded. It was said that it was fully booked. I checked in at 5 pm and checked online at 5:47 pm. I could still book the room type that could be upgraded. The front desk staff did not smile at all. It’s okay to have cold service, but they also lied. Can the front desk staff of the hotel now become a shareholder of the hotel? Taking advantage of the exhibition, helping their boss buy more high-priced rooms, will they get more bonuses?

The environment is good, the room is cleaned very well, the service of the ladies at the front desk is also very enthusiastic, and I am very satisfied with the stay experience
