WARNING!!!!!! The hotel does not offer air con despite its 24-25 degree outside during the day! At night the temp is as high as 27-28 according to the temperature monitor.

Nice hotel, good for staying while we got our bathroom renovated, tasty buffet, the room carpeting is a bit old school

Just lived at Hilton Suzhou, felt like a drop to 2 star hotel!

We enjoyed Nanxiang at this hotel. In general it’s ok but couple of things surprised me about this hotel (5 star) during my stay. Reception was not able to speak English at all. The parking space was not sufficient. The cleaning status of swimming pool was bad. There was some sharp grit in the pool. My son and me had scratch on his hand from the ground in the pool. And requested to book time to swim. Almost all spot already booked. The breakfast was busy. Could not find “FuWuYuan” who guide and prepare the tables for next.
I guess it’s because this is special seasons. Hope it will be better next time.
