Not to far from 2 line of metro so easy to go anywhere... Elevator was big.... The staff really kind and helpfull The cleaning lady so bright.... Next trip i will back to this hotel again

Friendly and helpful receptionist! Metro station is just approximately 100m away from the hotel. Metro station is red line, and it’s situated at the center of metro map.

The hotel is only worth the money for its location. Due to several hours of flight delays, we only reached the hotel around 3 AM. The hotel does not offer 24-hour front desk service, and the staff who registered us had a very unfriendly black face and strict attitude, likely because he had to work overtime to accommodate us. The hotel reached out to us at night to check on our arrival time, but we were unable to respond because the communication was via email and I couldn't reply directly. Luckily, I contacted Trip's customer service team, and they helped respond to the hotel on our behalf. Please do not indicate 24-hour front desk if that is not the truth. The only person there during midnight is the security guard. We booked three rooms for the family, and normally hotels will assign rooms on the same floor, especially if the elevator requires an access card for different levels. However, they offered us two rooms on Level 3 and one room on Level 2, which was very inconvenient for us to access other family members' rooms, especially since it was our first time and first night in Shanghai, and we arrived at midnight. Fortunately, we requested to be moved to rooms on the same floor for the second night, and they agreed. Overall, the room assignment was inconsiderate. The room is extremely small, and the layout is very awkward, making it difficult to accommodate two people. Looking forward for improvement.

Budget hotel, comfortable beds and good location to Nanjing road and the bund. Lots of nice restaurant nearby on Huanghe road to have breakfast lunch and dinner.

The room is quite small. No window so there is a dust and my friend allergy to it. We want to upgrade the room but unfortunately it's fully booked. By the way the lo location is good. We went when its still cold there, the air-conditioning is heatting, u cant adjust the temperature so better if you book the room with window, at least u can open the window, let the air flowing.

Convenient for surroundings nearby and big room

It was okay nothing special. Beds are comfortable but there was construction at night 😭 the noise was too much. Great location.

Location is amazing! Close to street foods and metro and basically in the heart of Shanghai city.

Decent hotel near Xinhua metro. Room is small but clean. Shower area feels spartan and clinical and smells like bleach. Very long walk down windy corridors to get to the room.

Good place to stay for a few days. We had a quick check in and the location was around fifteen minutes away from the landmarks we wanted to go to.

Small room but at a good location, can walk to People’s Square and Nanjing Street. Near Xinzha Road Line1, easy to go anywhere.

Room was very small, no more space for you to walk if you bring a 28inches luggage. The staff there had terrible service attitude, no response at all in the app. The lobby even smelled like toilet. Don’t try to book the room with no windows if you can’t stand for heat, the room was no ventilation at all. The temperature in the room can reach 30 degree C. When approaching the staff they said the central air conditioning only got heater but no cooler and ask us to open the door to allowed the cool air from corridors get in for the whole night when sleeping with bad tone. Will definitely no coming back again and very disappointed with their service attitude as a foreigner.
