Place or location is good, near Shanghai train station but room is rundown with poor maintenance. Breakfast is normal without any hot coffee. Few POWER points not working at all.

Great location just 5 min walk from Shanghai railway station. The reception not speak english and also so lazy to use translate app. keep saying in Chinese although she knows that i don't understand. Hot water doesn't work. We are about 15 min late for breakfast but everything already locked and no food remain. We would be much appreciate if they could give us some snack or biscults. But not.

The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is noisy. In addition, the hair dryer is a problem and it malfunctions after a while. Carefully hold the plug with your hand. The hygiene is okay. There is some hair under the sink. In addition, the fan in the room where I live has a door that cannot be opened. , I was shocked to see it.

It is very convenient to stay here if you want to take the train at Shanghai Station, as it is right next to the train station. Of course, it is understandable that you cannot enjoy any good services at this price.

I like the front desk staff when I checked in. Because the room I just checked in was a bit damp, I asked to change rooms. They were friendly and cooperative and changed to a more comfortable room. However, the front desk staff when I left had a cold attitude and poor service awareness. In the pouring rain, they had no sympathy or effective help for guests who were leaving the hotel to catch a bus. To the guests without an umbrella, they only said: There is no way! After repeated inquiries, they could only pay a deposit to borrow an umbrella, and then they kept asking: How can we return it to us! Obviously I already knew and paid a deposit! I hope she will not go out in the future, and don’t go out in extreme weather! As an old hotel, can’t you prepare some umbrellas for sale? Can’t you remind guests that there are umbrellas for sale in the store 20 meters away from the door? There is serious water accumulation at the entrance of the hotel. The security guards and staff watched the helpless guests coming in and out without any effective emergency measures, and could only watch the excitement! Here, I can’t see the service awareness and three guarantees measures that an international metropolis should have. Maybe it will always be there due to its geographical advantages and the background of state-owned enterprises, but when you encounter extreme weather or extreme situations, you will regret living here, and it is better to stay in a chain hotel farther away...

The hotel rooms are relatively large, the facilities are relatively complete and not very old, the environment is also good, the transportation is very convenient, it is only a few minutes away from the railway station, and the breakfast is okay.
