We were very disappointed in this hotel. We booked a little staycation so we could get away and enjoy some time by the pool. There’s a massive catwalk built over the pool and the water depth didn’t even get up to my knees. The staff were amazing though, very friendly and helpful.

Very big hotel located in the west of Shanghai. Not so new, lobby staff friendly but not speaking English, style of rooms quite far from western standard. Clean room, wifi working fine, average quality of breakfast. Very expensive parking. For the same money, can find better hotels

The only complain is the amenities around the area. Location is considered the far end in Shanghai if you frequent the city Center a lot. With traffic might take you an hour to reach Central Shanghai. The rooms are huge but feels dated.

The hotel had a VERY musty smell in the hallways and room. It was like there was mold or built up condensation. We weren’t allowed to use the pool until 3pm…and no lounge seats were available around the pool, just chairs.
The breakfast has a good selection. It’s definitely a family hotel with lots of screaming children running around everywhere.

It's actually a little cold in Shanghai this season, but luckily the hotel we booked is great. It's actually useless to turn on the air conditioner in winter, but the room arranged by the front desk has floor-to-ceiling windows facing the sun, which is very warm.
