Good location. Adjacent to Yuyuan and metro station. Walking distance to Bund. Come with washing machines and dryers. I will stay here again.

The location is hard to find for those who haven’t been. Entrance at the lane and signboard not clear. However location is very good and easy to access

Stayed at this hotel for a few days. It's a bit hard to find as it's in a building with many other shops and hotels. But once your find it, no problem. The great thing is there are many shops around to eat and but stuff. 10 minute walk to Yu Gardens. There are some good toy warehouse type stores and other stores too in the same building.

Good hotel with high technology items in the room such as automatic toilet flushing and a motion sensor hair dryer. The room was clean but the walls had some stains, room had a few flies, and the washroom smelled a bit weird. Location was very central and close to the subway and Yuyuan garden.

All good! Nice place and service mind Not far from Disneyland, there is a free shuttle service.

Had a pleasant stay, was able to wait in the lounge where there was water and coffee prior to check in. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and WiFi worked well. Simple but had everything I needed. Was very close to Yu yuan and convenient to walk around.

Clean room, good service. Despite other reviews, I found the entrance easy to find. Free laundry room was nice.

A fantastic hotel which is perfectly positioned right next to Yu Gardens and a few minutes walk from the Bund view, plus river taxi, 3 mins from the metro for lines 10 (high speed train station line)and 14, and one stop away from the skyscraper stop and the change to line 2 for the maglev and Pudong international airport. Only draw back is that the front desk are not good at giving advice or handing bookings, unlike many hotels. But if you are okay to ask around the city with a translator app and/or use Trip.com to book activities, it is easy to get around and see everything. A perfect base. We made use of the very affordable late check out service (8pm).

Location is good, sevices OK (no detergent to wash clothes 😅), lots of rooms in this hotel. Like a Lot.

Very good location near the Yuyuan garden and the subway station. Spacious and clean rooms. You have plenty of restaurants in the street down there. Strongly recommended in Shanghai.

Hotel location is really great, very close to chenghuangmiao! Friendly staffs too.

Hard to find if you are not a Chinese, it is the back of the building, not the front. It seems so small at reception desk (4th floor), but it is huge with lots of rooms when you are in 5th floor haha. The corridor has a really bad smell, i dont like it at all. Room is OK, wifi is good, room cleaning everyday, just across the metro which is convenient to get around a little bit pricey haha

Cleanliness is decent. Location of hotel is convenient and also close to Metro. Front desk is a little harder to find. There is a smell in the hallways and room. Room is a little small, but modern feeling.

Basic amenities was completely missing including stuff like chairs, coffee and so on
