Excellent accommodations and convenient to catch a taxi to the hotspots. Only complaint was that the mini fridge didn’t get cold.

I repeated the hotel stay for more two days through trip.com. It gave me the option to rebook the same room and in fact i was charged lower fees as compare to the first time booking. I got very happy that i was offered discount for rebooking and rebooked it, but i felt cheated very next moment as right after booking when i was told by the hotel staff that i have offered the lower category room this time by trip.com. After arguing they made me pay the difference amount of CNY 144 to stay in the same room. Thus i realized that trip.com has cheated on me.

Perfect location near Shanghai Hongqiao station. Breakfast a bit poor.

The room is well-equipped and there is a robot to deliver food. It is next to the viaduct, but it is not noisy. Parking is convenient and you can walk to the zoo. It is also convenient to eat around.

The room was very clean and not damp. The air conditioning temperature was moderate. I was particularly pleased that the laundry room had a dryer and iron! I will stay here frequently when I come to Shanghai on business trips in the future!

There was hair from the previous guest in the bathroom, the air conditioner was creaking, and there was constant noise from the electric current in the equipment room next to it, which affected my sleep. First of all, I booked a room because of the blue background wall. From the color perspective, it is fashionable and western-style. I booked an aisle window and didn't pay attention to it before. When I arrived at the hotel, I originally wanted to change it. The front desk suggested that I take a look before making a decision. After looking at it, I was more surprised than I expected. The room is not too small, it is square, and the windows are smaller than ordinary rooms, but they are not in the corridor, they are patio windows, and the price/performance ratio is quite high. It's quite quiet as it doesn't face the road. All facilities are smart, including the toilets, which are smart toilets. The beds were clean. The service is also much smoother than the staff at All Seasons next door. The only suggestion is that I hope the cleaning staff will check the inconspicuous places, such as behind the door, bedside tables and other facilities. Overall positive reviews, I will stay with Tuke next time I go to Shanghai.

The place is quite quiet, there are many restaurants nearby, and the reception staff are very friendly. I will choose this hotel next time if I need it. The only drawback is that the air conditioner is a bit loud.
