Hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the subway station and a few malls with our favorite restaurants:)

Fantastic stay here. Nearby got seven 11, 2 family marts and many local restaurants nearby. Shanghai 1192 is just nearby shopping mall can be reach by 15 mins walk. Good spots for photoshoot.

My registered name in my trip.com's invoice cannot be matched with the hotel's records. The hotel took 2 hours to check the reason. This is a very bad experience I ever had. I request Trip.com to give me a reply for the above terrible mistakes. If customers make the order from your company, the hotel or your company then record a wrong name. I trust this is not acceptable and nobody wii do the business with your company or hotel any more.

I must admit that I was a little bit nervous booking this hotel. Some previous guests had complained about high temperatures in the room and beds that didn't offer enough support. Those were the two things I looked out for when I got there, and I have to say that my experience turned out to be entirely positive. Well, almost. The only thing I can think of is that the shower area is within a bathtub, so if you're travelling with older people, you may need to ask ahead of time whether they have bathrooms with different layouts. Kudos to two members of the staff who showed extra care. Annie moved us to a room with an extra single bed, so that everyone could sleep on a bed in our room. Betty took care of us for one breakfast, letting the staff know that we and our children had paid. For those considering the metro service, Line 6 Pudian Road is the nearest station - you can walk there in 5min or so.

The hotel itself clean but old. Sometimes they have some events on the second floor and lots of people crowded at the elevators. So you can’t get in on time. Itwas very bad experience, the guy at Consierge screwed up my simple request to call a taxi to the exact indicated place. Taxi got me to a wrong place, and changed extra with no reason.

Nice hotel and location . Near to shopping center and metro station. However the hotel needs urgent renovation .

We enjoyed our stay here with my partner. The hotel is very neat and clean. It’s closer to many amenities including Century Mall and convenient shops across the street. We enjoyed the buffet for breakfast and the service from the staff was excellent. I would say if you want a peaceful stay in a nice environment. Holiday Inn Hotel is the one❤️🙏.

The location is accessible. Rooms were good enough. Easy aceess the Through maglev train from PVG

Excellent place, within walking distance of three separate metro lines. The buffet Breakfast spread is very good. I arrived during Oktoberfest and the beer was good
