這是我住過的服務最差的五星級酒店，當天我來朋友多定了個房間，我問前台早餐多少錢一位回覆98元，第二天吃早餐收費172.58元 我給前台打了電話回覆説我們不可能説錯，是前一天要在前台預訂才可以是98元，做為服務行業無論是服務員沒説清還是我沒聽清，這麼説話最起碼是不應該的。我們住五星酒店就是要有五星的服務不是花錢讓服務員懟的

總枱戴眼鏡的女服務員欠多還少的樣子。餐廳服務員買打包盒刷個人的微信收款。不象一個星級酒店的做法。實在失望

家人從加拿大回來，幫他們預訂了老錦江飯店，地段很好，進出方便，衞生間蠻大的，老上海都喜歡有歷史年代的老酒店，下次入住還會預訂
