服務很差，工作出差，凌晨到的酒店前台，工作人員服務完全沒有熱情，洗漱用品讓自取，電梯不問也不告訴你在哪裡。第二天走的時候手錶忘記在酒店。 打電話過去，客房部 前台轉來轉去，然後讓我十五分鐘內自己打回去問，有沒有找到。 過了幾個小時我打回去，説找到了。 讓我記一下大堂經理電話，發消息郵寄過去。 這麼老牌的五星級酒店，真的沒落了，不是設施的問題，感覺沒有了精氣神，像個老者，沒有活力，説實話，服務不如如家全季！
