Great location, just right next to Tiantong station (Line 10) and a 10min walk along the river to the Bund. Staff were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping and service was impeccable. Highly recommended!

Unpleasant smell the moment out from corridor to the room. Carpet is stained and dirty. During check in, 2 young receptionists are rather blurred, took quite awhile to check our passports and etc. Fortunately only stay for a night.

The underground stationis literally besides the hotel. Lots of eateries at the basement and opposite the property. Helpful front desk helping in ordering delivery food.

It's only a little over one kilometer along Suzhou River to the Bund, with few people and beautiful scenery. I checked in at the Postal Museum along the way, and took photos from far to near. Every time I come to Suzhou River to study, I book this hotel. The location is excellent, right at the subway entrance, close to Nanjing Road, the Bund, the Natural History Museum, and the high-speed rail station... The service is also very good.
