Free shuttle service ..need book 1 hours advance..while airport transfer need 1 day advance to book and confirm.. free breakfast..rooms light is abit dark even after open up the curtain..overall not bad to stay

The hotel itself is ok: service and cleanness both have no issues; however, the location is not good - just in the middle of an industrial area, there is nothing in close proximity. The earliest shuttle to the airport was offered at 10:00am, which was too late for us.

We stayed here with family. They gave us a free upgrade to two double beds. The money paid was totally worth. Clean, good breakfast, quiet environment. Kids enjoyed staying and playing in the hotel. They have a nice lobby with many seating area and books to read. The toilet was super clean, with not a pinch of bad smell. Highly recommended place to stay with family or business trip. We will stay here again when we come next time.

I needed to make a reservation before 12 noon the day before. The hotel did not provide wooden combs, slippers and toothbrushes. The hotel front desk should have asked if I needed a wooden comb, otherwise I had to run back and forth twice in the middle of the night to get it. The robot was too slow to deliver things.
