This was my first time staying at Andaz Xintiandi. Overall quality was excellent, breakfast was great, with lots to chose from. We would have a happy hour at the lobby every day with sparkling wine and some finger food, and the room was completely controlled by an IPad, which was very nice. Room service was excellent ; served with quality and care. We would recommend it to anyone looking for spacious place near Xintiandi.

Great location near Xintiandi and great amenities. The pool is perfect for a quick exercise.

Great location. Comfortable room with lovely bathtub. Only disappointment was the lack of filter coffee in the room- Nescafé is not quality coffee.

The hotel rooms are large. Love the location. Well kept hotel with upstanding design despite its years.

Room was great! I really enjoyed the lighting of the room. You could adjust it to however you want according to your mood. The bath tub was one of my favorite facilities yet. I loved how it felt like you were taking a bath in a cave like setting ☀️

Up keep of the hotel is not great although it is only more than 10 years old. The lighting system in the room is not friendly….difficult to manage.

Excellent location in the middle of Xintiandi, 3-4 minutes walk from the metro station, walking distance to People’s Square (and the museums there), Nanjing Pedestrian Road, and Yu Yuan, a large number of stores and restaurants… Clean and quite room with a nice view, a nice swimming pool and sauna… a great breakfast, a nice ”Happy Hour” in the lounge… A great staff everywhere (reception/front desk, breakfast restaurant, cleaning, swimming pool and fitness room…)
