五星酒店的底子，房間大地段好，比較氣派，但是新裝修後床品和電源都不行，建議升級，另外部分年輕的服務員的服務意識還有待提升

난징동루에서 살짝은 떨어져있지만 한적한 느낌이 매우 좋았습니다. 객실에서 보는 야경이 환상적이고 이번에는 황푸강뷰였는데 다음번에 또 가게된다면 시티뷰 객실에서도 투숙해보고 싶네요 !!!

- I asked for a room with a large bathtub, so they immediately changed the room••• It felt fast and accurate rather than friendly! Very fast and clean
- I also really liked that they cleaned the room every day, and the view was so nice!
- The best part was that it was located close to Dongbang Myeongju and Disneyland
💔Cons
- I stayed on the 25th floor, but the heating didn't work properly, so it was very cold and I ended up catching a cold
- In our room, the hair dryer that was provided didn't connect to the bathroom -> I had to blow dry it in the room

The hotel is a a convenient location. We were with family. The hotel shared with us free mini bar daily and the breakfast was also a good spread.. The staff were polite and helpful

There are two convenience stores on the first floor, a snowman brand cafe, and a place to eat simple breakfast (Jianbing). It's right in front of the subway station, so it's easy to get around. You can walk to Gwangum Square and Heonjiuichien too ~ The luggage storage service is good, and I like it because there are a lot of Koreans! It's a bit far from Dongbang Myeongju and Waitan, but the Didi works well, so it doesn't matter. The hair dryer's wind is really weak, so I recommend bringing it^^,, The water pressure is strong, which is nice~~
