booked an executive room and it was amazing. the location is just 10 steps away from meteo station , super strategic, staff is friendly, breakfast was great. the best stay experience so far in shanghai. will come stay again for sure, very recommended

Right next to the station entrance (Pudong Ave exit 7B). Easy to get to anywhere and the view from the hotel room is priceless. Breakfast is good and they even provided packed breakfast for our early departure. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Best hotel ever! Extremely friendly and kind staff who greeted us every step of the way. Huge thank you to the friendly staff who cleaned our hotel room daily with a smile on his face. Love the huge rooms and the luxurious feel of the entire hotel. Location is extremely convenient with 2 train stations located at the hotel lobby. Highly recommend and will definitely visit here again!

Very convenient location, 1 min walk to Exit 7 of Pudong Ave Metro. Family mart and quite a number of food stalls just around the hotel. But the amenities and furniture are kind of run down. Hotel breakfast starts at 7am with limited choices but still acceptable.

Although Eton hotel is a way from the airport, being in PUdong. It's always worth it to schlep there with my jetlag. The pillows are incredible!! Huge and firm, it's like another body in the bed with you. And you can request a high floor to get a view over the river (and watch Suzhou River on laptop as the TV cable has no English channels... still)

The hotel's location is fantastic, right above Pudong Avenue station which is served by two subway lines. The lobby is well furnished, there is a concierge for every need and a 24-hour reception. It is possible to leave luggage. Our room was clean, maybe a little old especially for the carpet, but it was large and the beds were very comfortable. The bottled water was always replaced every morning and there is a fridge in the room. There is no conditioner in the shower, but the shower jet is powerful as I like it. Separately we also had a large and elegant bathtub, all very nice. We did not have breakfast in the hotel because it was very expensive for 3 people; there are two cafes in the same block (they only sell coffee) or a bar of a famous American chain 300 meters away. A note of merit goes to the view on the tallest skyscrapers in Pudong from the window of the room, I will have that night show in my memory for the rest of my life. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next stay in Shanghai

Everything is good. Facilities and location is the best When come out the train station directly there, accessible to everywhere. I will definitely book this room. Plus point: they put a cake for my bday. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The location is good and the room toilet is clean. View is nice too because we booked the eton room which is meant for view. However, the service is okay/meh only - stayed at quite a few hotels over the past few years and their services dull in comparison. Not very helpful and hotel staffs seem quite reluctant to help out. Service can be improved. However, if you are looking for a good location hotel, think this will suffice. But don’t expect too much from hotel services (but this might be a cultural thing too…). Also I stay at a better room (in terms of size and view) so not too sure about the other rooms.

Large and deep bathtub. Small TV to watch while bathing. The shower hose could have been longer.

Good clean hotel. Only reason we booked hotel was because a sauna was listed under amenities, when we went to use the sauna we where told it was broken only to find out if hasn't been operational for months. Don't advertise a sauna if it's not available.

Plus points - train station just outside the door, 2 convenience stores, eateries and coffee shops just outside the hotel, quiet vicinity, fhelpful staff especially the housekeepers. 15 -20mins walk to the malls including Shanghai tower and IFC. Downside would be the hotel and amenities. Though room is spacious and comfortable but look a little dated.

I had a great stay at The Eton Hotel. It's located close to the heart of the city, with the metro station just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around. The room was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend The Eton Hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai for a couple of days.
