The rooms are not large but elegantly designed. The courtyard view and the balconies are enjoyable. The swimming pool is nice for both relaxing in the hot pool and swimmin.

Perfect oasis of recreation in the heart of classic Shanghai. Modern spacious rooms with delightful atmosphere. Service is high standard supportive and friendly. Definitely a place to come again :-))

I've stayed at the hotel before cause I enjoyed their large clean rooms which is good for working. However, this time the toilet kept flushing throughout the night and there was also a light bulb right over the desk that kept on flashing which was very annoying. I informed hotel staff and their suggestion was to unplug the toilet when I go to sleep which is a pain if you need to get up in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The light bulb issue was never resolved. Too bad, otherwise a good hotel.

Trec chic hotel with tasteful decor. Loved the building and architecture. Great location - cross the road and you’re at the metro and also close by to all the cool spots in Shanghai like Anfu Wukang road as well as the area with cool bars and restaurants

We had a great weekend at HUALUXE Shanghai Twelve at Hengshan. The hotel is in a tranquil urban setting. Nice architecture, great location and amazing service. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definitely return one day.
