我去辦理入住，有一個女前台明明閑着，也明明近距離看見聽見我和她説話，把身份證朝她伸過去，卻故意拉着個臉把頭扭過去走開假裝在做事，其實啥也沒做衹是換了個位置站着，我的手就在半空尷尬等着，就算你不會操作，你明明看見聽見我跟你搭話，作為服務人員禮貌回個話不正常嗎？而且那個臉色擺的，我花了錢不是來看你臉色的，我好聲好氣和你説話，你上班心情不好不要發泄到我頭上。是另外一個女前台在遠處看到我的窘況，主動熱情説幫我辦理入住。前台和前台真的差距太大了，參差不齊，嚴重影響體驗。
