I enjoyed staying at the hotel, near the university, very nice staffs, Eric and Annika were very friendly, and Alyssa for good management, rooms were so clean and great breakfast

Rooms are spacious, good pool and gym, nice breakfast, cheerful staff.
Location is average. Not near city hotspots. But ok for a business traveler for short stay if you are in Pudong.

We had an amazing stay. We were so tired from a 16hr flight - myself and my child. We were able to check in early from airport and we overslept and they were kind enough to accommodate. There is a bar with very friendly staff and we had great snacks also. Thank you for a very welcoming stay. Great value and excellent comfortable beds!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Blu. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. The room was comfortable and quiet, and sound-proofed really well. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed using the workout room and the pool, which is free for guests. There were several restaurants and coffee shops close by, within walking distance, including Starbucks. The hotel was close to the subway station. For a holiday weekend, the price was very reasonable. We will definitely stay again.

this hotel is next to a large mall with various restaurants. The room is large room but could use some vacuuming. Breakfast is varied with Chinese and Western options.

As a foreigner, I enjoy going to higher-end hotels in China for the same price I’d pay for a moderate hotel in the States. I enjoyed the amenities. However, the staff members spoke extremely poor English, which is surprising for a international hotel in Shanghai.
