Good staff to help. Booked by Trip.com we got feee room upgrade ,late Check out 2 pm , free round trip shuttle bus to Disneyland start 7.00 am traveling 30 minute to Disneyland and come back on 10.00 pm. They have free coffee and water in hotel lobby. The hotel stay between downtown and Pudong airport Metro Tangzhen station walking 5-7 minute Get the train 30 minute to Nanjing Road and The Bund and 30 minute to Pudong Airport.

THIS Hotel management is very bad . even the hotel had cockroach！！If you foreigner please don't stay at this hotel anymore

We had a fantastic experience at the Holiday Inn Express Shanghai. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. Every morning, we enjoyed an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The combination of superb service, pristine cleanliness, and a delightful breakfast made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

Had an enjoyable stay! Hotel room is clean with daily room cleaning service, very spacious too! Had a lot of space for my luggage. Hotel serves breakfasts every morning, selection and variety is pretty good for a business hotel. The hotel is about 5-7 mins walk to Tangzhen station. It does take a bit of time to travel to town area like nanjing rd, the bund and all that, around 45mins-1hour depending on where you are going to. Around the station there’s macdonalds and family mart convenience store where you can get some food before heading back to hotel. There’s a mini mall there of sorts, didn’t manage to explore but definitely enough to not starve during your time there! Hotel provides shuttle service to Disneyland which makes it really convenient for Disneyland lovers. But you have to take your own transport back. Transport via train back from Disneyland takes about up to an hour with 3 transfers, but it’s definitely doable. The train station also directly leads you to Pudong international airport, but I think it’s more convenient to take a DiDi from the hotel to the airport or vice versa, costed me around 100yuan and took about 30mins, which is pretty alright! Nearby the hotel also have got a huge Decathalon for cheap and good sports wear, unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to shop there! All in all, a very cost effective hotel with the necessary amenities and location that’s feels homely!

This hotel is really close to 2 malls (so plenty of food and whatever else) and a metro station. The metro is 8 stops direct from the main airport, and they offered free shuttle service to Disney. The area felt safe, and clean. Breakfast is amazing! Lots of Chinese options, and some western as well. Coffee maker, great juices, and a made to order noodle area. We used the pool. It’s part of an attached gym, so not a normal hotel Rec pool, but it worked for us. We did have to go through a weird door on the 2nd floor with voucher from the front desk. It took multiple trips to figure that out. We used the free laundry, and that was helpful. Basically, amazing location for what we needed, and phenomenal breakfast.

Good Hotel with good Breakfast on daily basis. Service good. Cleanless can say okok. Location of hotel is good for Disneyland.

Clean and nice helpful staffs.near eatries and cinema. Free flow coffee and beverages at lobby any time.will come agian.

Walking distance from Metro Tangzhen Station (Exit 3). Various restaurants nearby. 盒马生鲜 Supermarket right downstair at the opposite building. Cafe and convenience store nearby. Good breakfast and helpful front desk. Must try the coffee and the wanton soup. 30 min to Disney Metro Station. 25 min to Pudong Airport by e-hailing with cost about RMB150

We waiting six hours for make the check in and no one provide a new room , but the hotel have a good conditions , clean and warm

Very good location for us to catch an early flight at Pudong airport by using the metro line 2. Hotel room is clean even though it's a bit small. Will recommend friends to stay.

Amazing location with a free shuttle service to Disneyland. Included breakfast was excellent as well. Located within 3-5 min of a train station which goes directly to the bund and airport too
