The hotel is very well maintain. The staff do the job very well, even though the cannot speaking english but the help us in every aspect. The breakfast is nice. Checkin check out very smooth. The even offer you a free laundry and shuttle service Good hotel and defenitely a hidden gem in shanghai.

A four star hotel with a 5star quality! Everything was so good! From the moment we checked in until we went back to our home country! The hotel and staff had make us felt welcome and comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly, the hotel location is not near to the Bund but it was just want we wanted, a peaceful night when we back from a long walking day! Although slightly far from the city, but it has a nearby metro station which only required around 2-3mins walk. There are a convenience store, Starbucks and luckin coffee besides the hotel.

Hotel is generally clean. Location is average, breakfast is good but nothing special. Hotel’s staffs services are good.

Hi! We are a couple from NZ. This hotel was AMAZING! The best we have stayed at in a long time. After a long flight they let us check into our room 6 hours early which was much needed. We were greeted with hot tea on arrival and they took our bags straight away. Our room was clean with great fluffy pillows, a fridge and large shower. Fresh fruit was dropped off everynight and the breakfast buffet in the morning provided western and Chinese options - this was a great way to start the day and I would highly recommend including this in your stay. It is close to the metro and handy to all the main lines. We used the metro man app to navigate how to get on and it was easy peasy! There isn’t much to eat around but a little shop with snacks did the job. A massive mall is only one stop away and has many options. The only downside to our trip was on two days our room wasn’t turned over (cleaned). I am not sure If this was a communication breakdown but when I asked for clean towels etc they sorted it out pretty quickly. We highly recommend this hotel, the staff and friendly robot!

I stayed for 4 nights and could say that this is one of the most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is a top notch. The design is modern minimalist and is in a clean condition. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast selection is good. They even provide free drop off and pick up service to the airport/station. Definitely love this hotel ❤️

I didn't expect this hotel to be so great!! The whole experience felt extremely luxurious, from the beds, to the robes and the amazing staff. The location, although a tiny bit far away, is still extremely convenient, especially if you fly or train into hongqiao! The free laundry service is also amazing. Overall, top marks, I will stay here again if ever given the opportunity, and wish there were more hotels like this around!

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Angela also provided excellent service from the time we check in until we check out. We were also given free upgrade which comes with breakfast as well. On our check out day, she packed breakfast for us as our flight was early in the morning. Some improvements required by the housekeeping team. e.g. used glass were not cleaned and washed. One day they forgot to give face towels. Welcome drink was so refreshing as well (see photo).
