Great river view from the hotel

The hotel service is very good. There is a concierge at the door to help with luggage. The hotel lobby is also very grand. Cosmos at the front desk helped with check-in. He was very quick to help find a room on a high floor. The hardware is good, but the hotel is a little far from everywhere.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, which boasts stunning beauty throughout its premises. The family-friendly activities provided added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, especially for the kids. The room itself was exquisitely designed, contributing to our overall satisfaction with the accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others looking for a memorable stay.

It is a nice hotel with easy access to many other places. They have many shops around and close to the airport.

The hotel is overall very good, room is spacious and clean, the staff are helpful; they proactively suggested to convert the soft to an extra bed, which is great for us as we have total 3 family members to use the room so each of us has our own bed.

This is a wonderful hotel with great design, comfortable, large and clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. Staff are professional and very well trained and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and the fitness and pool facilities are outstanding. The location is probably more suited to business visits rather than sightseeing or shopping.

Very good experience especially with my little one. I would recommend all my friends and family to stay in JW if they come to Shanghai

Great Hotel, we really enjoyed it. Fully equipped and luxury rooms - very clean too (nice river view). For birthday the reception organized cake and balloons for sons birthday - thanks a lot. We skipped breakfast, but made every day lunch (twice in the steak restaurant and three times in the buffet restaurant) in the hotel and the quality and variety is really 5*. We also went pool and gym daily - great too. Thanks to the hotel stuff for having great time, all were really kind and attentive. Our next stay in Shanghai will be definitely again JW Marriot Marquis. 👍

Modern yet not flashy room decor, inside out bathroom concept which provides both spacious feel and privacy when needed. No doubt it’s a 5 star.

Beautiful, large rooms and very good customer service

Nice modern hotel. Breakfast was crowded but reasonable. Not the most convenient location but nice to access Pudong side of the bund for walks.

Nice and convenient location at the riverside of the Huangpu River in Pudong. Beautiful view. Clean and fresh rooms.

We had such an incredible stay and had a warm welcome . To our surprise everyone could speak English and didn't hesitate to assist us. The room was clean and breakfast was incredible. We would definitely come back again.
