雖然到酒店很晚了都凌晨了，但是前台小宋接待的依然十分周，有問必答非常專業，禮賓小哥也是熱情打招呼，酒店本身就在外灘，走路幾百米就到外灘了，房間乾淨整潔床品非常好，衞生間也是一塵不染，落地窗外面就是黃浦江和陸家嘴的摩天大樓，早上拉開窗簾就能看到魔都震撼的江景，強烈推薦江景房，視野無敵，酒店樓頂的酒吧也是人氣很旺景觀一流是看江景的寶藏之地，總之是一次很難忘的旅程

出門帶孩子玩我還是選擇五星酒店會舒服點，外灘茂悦大酒店非常地貼心，vickie非常的熱情，親切友好！酒店的性價比也非常高，同等價格更舒心、更細心的服務態度。酒店的地理位置非常不錯，一眼望去明珠塔景觀盡收眼底。

A successful choice. First of all, the reception staff was very nice. They upgraded the room for free. The front of the room is on the 14th floor with no obstruction. The newly renovated room is simple and practical. The spacious bathroom has two wash basins for easy use. The scenery outside the window is never boring. I won't say more. Here are the pictures.

作為老主客很高興在3年後又住回到了無敵的江景view的酒店。大堂前台的Kody很耐心，幫我解決了我比較複雜的訂單。

Regarding hygiene: There was human body hair on the table in the room, so I won’t post the photo. I was going to use the bathtub, but my hands were full of dust when I touched them. There was also dust on the bedside table, maybe because it was too dry, and the room was not equipped with a humidifier. Service: basically non-existent. Check-in took more than 20 minutes, and there were not many people in the lobby. There is no butler service, not at all, not even as good as an express hotel. The only advantage is that it is close to the Bund. I went to Anadi the next day after staying there. The harm can be imagined by comparison.
