It was a very unpleasant stay. 1. The facilities in the room were outdated, the tiles were loose, and the mirror was peeling. 2. The breakfast management was chaotic, and the canteen underestimated the number of people. I arrived at the canteen at 7:10 and there was nothing there. At 8 o'clock, I only ate 2 uncooked buns. I negotiated with the waiter many times and he said there was no fried rice. Later he said there were noodles. I asked for a bowl, but it didn't come after waiting for 10 minutes. He explained that the water was not boiled, so I left angrily. I have never encountered such a situation before, but I encountered it in Vienna. It was really unbearable. 3. I reported the situation to the front desk that I didn't have breakfast, and the front desk said it was not their business. The service attitude was extremely poor.
