Good Location of the hotel lets you get the shanghai railway station on 7 minutes so as the subway. If you like walking You need 30 minutes to get the people’s square Center by foot. A lot of shops cafes and banks are close to the hotel. There is a gym on the 3rd floor. No refrigerator in the room😱 what !!!👎 All the staff is welcome but nobody speaks English (( The breakfast is simple it’s nice when you can have it. I will come here again.

I had a great time at this hotel however was faced some odour issues from the toilet drain. It seemed perhaps it had over flowed at one point and the drain was emitting quite bad odours. Other than that the location is great, and the staff are friendly.

Room no clean, coffee table got rubbish when check into the room. Staff no friendly at all. Request for taxi order service due to we are foreign tourist unable to access into some of the China app and we did inform FO staff, but the staff still reject and refuse to assist. Is a bad experience for this hotel. Hotel is near to the train station (Red line) only.

The hotel is not maintained well. Looks a bit run down, shower area is dirty, drawer was broken with no handles, TV was broken and the entire room was a bit dark due to limited lighting. Definitely will not recommend to anyone.

Pros: very near the train station, the hotel itself is artistic and the breakfast has a lot of variety food served Cons: the ramp to the hotel entrance is too steep, probably it is more suitable for trolley rather than wheelchair

The hotel is super shady the check in time was before 12pm which anyone would seem means anytime before 12pm and but i was arriving at 2am so i contacted the hotel 3 days in advice and sent the manager my booking code since on trip they say dont share the pin just the booking number for confirmation and i even decided to remind the manager of my arrival time and date so that i dont have to wait around after along flight. She agreed to everything and even said that the room will be reserved but when i arrived there was nothing done the workers said they see my order on the system but i can't check in because im here to early and i showed them on trip is said before 12pm because i'm a member and check out is before 14pm so they refused to let me check in unless i paid for the previous day as well as the night im staying there which made no sense because this had never happened to me and if there was just a policy when i contacted the manager days before why wasn't i told of this and instead of her admitting she made the mistake by not telling me ahead of time she starts to blame me and trys to belittle me by saying if i stayed at more hotels i would of known thats not true I've stayed at money hotels and this is the first im hearing of paying double imagine you staying one night and they charging you for two nights it was ridiculous and the front desk offered us free breakfast but I felt to disrespected to go i was totally scammed and already the last time i had a problem with their hygiene but still discussed to give them another chance and i regretted it the manager was wrong she could of told me but withheld this information until i got there and refused to take responsibility. She said because i only sent have the booking number instead of a screenshot that's why she said me coming at 2am in the morning was fine she said her systems never showed her what time im coming so she that Im coming before 6 am such a big lie the systems dont show that that's why you have to call to let the hotel know which what i did twice 3 days in advance but she still tried to lie and make it look like it's my fault i lost 538 yuan for nothing for her error it was a horrific experience because i didnt have enough for that it was just supposed to be a one day stay. So if you coming here becareful make sure to keep evidence of you interactions with them because if you dont they will lie and you wont have proof

I like the location which is convenient for both MRT and car. Service /cleanliness /service is superb, I enjoyed the stay. The only thing I dont like is that the lift is quite limited (only two), didnt cause too much trouble anyway.

The room was cozy and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful as well. Especially great for us because it was so close to a metro, which made getting around a breeze.

The location is good. But the hotel is not well maintained. The breakfast is ok.

The room was clean and there was a free tuk tuk ride out to the main road. Hotel was very close to the metro station making it very accessible.

In terms of service, safety and quiet, it is really suitable for people who travel, and I think it really impressed me from the perspective of value per night. The location is OK but need to bound a bit to subway station.
