Very nice place to stay ,clean and comfortable.everything is near by,stores,shopping malls,restaurants,cafes,the river is near by ,like 15 min walk from the hotel.

I like this apartment hotel. The service team is very friendly and speaks English very well. Moreover, the location close to beautiful Xintiandi is great and my apartment had a beautiful view on the Shanghai towers. I would definitely book it again.

Great location, within walking distance to bus and metro station. Room was clean, spacious, and fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, stove, kettle, cutleries, and utensils. Breakfast spread was simple and nice. Highly recommended.

A comfortable walk from Xintiandi and Citizen square. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a balcony with excellent view but it isn't possible to open the door.

I cannot begin to explain how incredible our stay was!!! We are two friends traveling to celebrate my birthday and the staff ember coincidentally had a delicious cake ready for us in the room. Not only this but upon finding out my friends and I’s birthdays are a week apart, she went and got it both gifts!!! Nina is the reason I will always come back to this hotel and recommend all my friends and family who visit Shanghai. The service of the staff was really amazing , great attention to details, big room and space in general. Shower had THE BEST water pressure 😍 the room was clean, well decorated and with great views. The warmth and kindness shown by Nina Tao alone made us melt inside. Didn’t know a stranger could be such a friend and be such a ray of sunshine go no reason but just to make us feel good! Nina Tao is incredible and this hotel is unforgettable. We WILL be back ❤️❤️❤️

Good hotel with great view and location. But the room needs to be more clean as there are dust under the beds. Another thing is: the room size is quite large but it did not offer 1 full or queen size bed + 1 single bed options for families. You have to spend 150 yuan more for add the bed for the kid. To us, this is NOT very considerate. The facility is good in the room such as kitchen and washer machine.

Had a splendid view of the bund skyline from our 2 bedroom apartment. Gym was well equipped and available 24hrs which I appreciated. Location was fringe to the starting point of nanjing east road, which was 10min stroll with the fam along the main road. With Family Mart and Starbucks just across the street, it was very convenient.
