The room is very big and it is comfortable for 3 pax. However, the hotel is always short of staff. We always have to wait very long time to talk to the staff, no matter we want to check in, ask questions, add one more night reservation etc. The cleanliness of the room’s floor may need to be improved. btw, staff Zhou Zhou is very friendly and helpful! thank you! :)

Hotel is clean and cozy.my children love the shower so much and the bed is comfy.and the breakfast is yummy.over all worth it

Newly refurnished, customer service is great, xiao Lu is very helpful with my check in to be as early as 9am (as I had the early arrival fight)

Excellent hotel, stylish, well equipped and modern. The only caveat no English speaking personal, but it is compensated by the quality of service and friendly staff. Would come here again.

Most important part: Checkout time is at 2PM!!! I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel. The room is very spacious, clean, trendy and the checkout time. If you are visiting Shanghai and need to wait for an afternoon flight/train, the checkout time will make your trip back more comfortable. Thank you to Wang Jie for the amazing service and for also upgrading my room for free (from 2nd floor to 12th floor) ❤️ ❤️ I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and met my basic needs, with a good location and friendly staff. However, I expected a bit more from my stay. While the cleanliness was appreciated, the balcony and room felt a bit outdated and worn. Overall, it served its purpose but could benefit from some updates.

Hotel stay was really nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and thought it was well worth the price. The only downside is that our room smelled a little bit like someone had smoked in it but it wasn’t a big deal. The location also isn’t super central, but we hadn’t explored the northern part of Shanghai before so it was cool to see. There is a really good noodle place like a 15 min walk from the hotel. There is also an underground market at one of the stations for line 10 close by. Underrated area in my opinion!

Great service the staff were exceptionally help and friendly, went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Lulu and Xiao Huang were great!

The best hotel ever. Much higher than our expectations. Absolutely worth the money. The staff was extremely professional and nice with us, above our expectations, especially Lulu.
