Really nice grounds, only a 10 minute walk from Zhujiajiao old town, comfy bed, clean bathroom and they brought us a fruit platter too! Although there was a good selection of breakfast, a lot of it was cold. There was a school trip here so it would have been good if they had them in a separate room at breakfast time, as their noise and their teachers shouting didn’t make for much of a relaxing morning.

The hotel looks very grand - it could do with a few minor repairs and a bit of a clean in places (mainly carpets) but it was lovely to look around and very spacious. We came in winter, so the pool was closed but there was no notice if this when we booked - it should have been mentioned, to save my daughter’s disappointment. The beds were very clean and comfortable, the towels were clean and we got a plate of fruit each day. The room carpets would benefit from a proper clean. The food in the restaurant was lovely and there was a great choice of food at breakfast. The Kid’s Zone was fun but needed a good clean too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and overall, we had a lovely time.

Nice suite for a quiet & restful stay in Zhujiajiao. Close to the city & subway. Enjoyable environment. The hotel itself lacks service for a 5 star hotel: few space for breakfast - don’t come before 9h30 am, no room service besides the room service list, no real restaurant - for food, take kuaidi, no convenience store. Difficult to manage communication in English. Ambient temperature was 13.5 deg C in the room when we arrived ; managed to bring it to normal indoor temperature on the 2nd day. Extra bed was an old convertible sofa. Our daughter slept on the floor which was more comfortable. Overall ok but not up to the level for such hotel type.

Great location to explore the town. Hotel food ok for breakfast and dinner, Christmas music on loop though every mealtime (in October)! Friendly service, clean rooms but overall old in decor.

Although it is in Qingpu, the transportation is quite convenient. It will arrive in a short time after getting off the highway. It is very easy to find and very eye-catching. Parking is on the ground, and there are many places. The service is very good. After arriving at the hotel, there have been warm and thoughtful services. Especially Manager Qian, he is very thoughtful and upgraded us to the children's suite, so that the baby can play very happily. The advantage of the children's room is that it has everything. There are rocking horses, puzzles, slides, and balls for children to play, and they don't have to go out to play. And the facilities are very friendly, with toilet seats and bathtubs. For families with children, this room type must be booked. The hotel is very large, not crowded, very safe, and there is no worry. You can consume your child's energy without leaving the hotel, and you don't have to worry about having no place to play. The parent-child park is on the 2nd floor, small but exquisite, and very friendly to babies of small months. Rocking, sliding, jumping, small cars, and ocean balls are all available. We played for a long time and liked it very much. While playing, I met a person who brought his baby here to eat, and then went to the children's park to play. The restaurant is also very good. The Chinese restaurant is all private rooms with a good environment and very good taste. The Western restaurant is not big, but the category is very complete, with sashimi, barbecue and roast meat, and the main dishes are also good, with a high cost performance. Opposite the hotel is a large park, where you can take your baby to play in the morning and evening. It is not far from Zhujiajiao Ancient Town. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to the core area, which is very convenient. Overall, the experience is great. Thanks to the warm and thoughtful service of Manager Qian and his colleagues, I recommend everyone to bring their babies to play.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Zhujiajiao Ancient Town. It is an old five-star hotel. This trip, I booked a children's suite, which has a children's slide, wooden horse, flying chess and tent. There is also a children's bathtub in the bathroom. Although the child is already grown up, he still likes it. In addition, the double bathroom, separate cloakroom, double TV, and especially the lobby manager Xiaojiu's care day and night, make this experience more points. The overall cost performance is high in Shanghai hotels. If the breakfast Western food can be richer, it will be icing on the cake. I will stay here next time.

I decided to visit the Rainbow Bridge of Dianshan Lake on the weekend and stayed at the Zhujiajiao Tulip Garden Hotel at night. The experience was very good. The front desk lady, who was dressed differently and had a gentle temperament, received us. Seeing that there was an older child in my family, she immediately added a breakfast for me. When she learned that I had to rush back to attend a meeting the next morning, she specially packed a loving breakfast. She also suggested that we take a walk around Zhujiajiao Ancient Town after dinner, which had a different night view. Later I learned that she was Manager Jiao. The leader personally received and cared about us, and the experience was really great. The room was clean and tidy, and I would choose it again when I come here to play in the future. In addition, I had dinner in the restaurant's private room at night, and the lady served with a smile throughout the meal. The appearance and taste of the dishes were absolutely five stars. I plan to continue to choose this place for the next family gathering:)

The service is good. The lobby manager, Mr. Jiao, is professional, dedicated, thoughtful and meticulous. The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable, with a beautiful environment. He also gave us fruit upon check-in, which is thoughtful. I will continue to stay here in the future.

The room is very big, with a toilet and bathroom upstairs. The twin beds are 1.5 meters, which can accommodate two families. The children like it very much. The staff member Xiaojiu provides considerate service, added WeChat to remind me of nearby restaurants, and also thoughtfully applied for late check-out, allowing us to travel with peace of mind. It is also close to the subway, so it is very convenient for relatives and friends to visit Qingpu.

Because my birthday was coming up, I wanted to stay in a hotel with the same name as mine, which would make it more meaningful. However, the room facilities were really bad. The air conditioner temperature could not be adjusted, and the room was very cold. It was hot when I turned it off. The bathroom door was leaking, and the bathroom floor was full of water, which was slippery when I stepped on it. I was in no mood. The hotel manager named Jiao lied and said that I could find her if I had any problems at night. However, she was off work and did not tell anyone about it. She asked me to keep repeating the problem of the cold room. It was really a bad trip.

We booked a family room with lots of toys in the room. The duplex room is very suitable for bringing small children. It is also suitable for big children. We had a very happy stay in the hotel. The hotel buffet is another highlight. We were unhappy to eat outside on rainy days and went back to the hotel. The buffet is very cost-effective. We will go again if we have the chance.
