The hotel is in a perfect position, very close to all the attractions. The rooms are quite old but they have everything you need. Recommended!

Three minutes from Jing’an Temple on foot - but hidden away (you have to go through a messy courtyard to find the reception). The good thing about the room is that the bed is on a separate floor - but the overall cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired.

First floor room had tiny windows with no natural light. Very unclean corridor. Uncomfortable bed and bad bedsheets. Shower pressure was very good and good soap and shampoo provided. Recommend asking for higher floor room with better windows and cleaner.

It was very great for the price in that area. But ad someone who has been to many 5 star and 4 star hotels, it really is only just great for the price.

I really don't want to complain, but the experience is really bad. The hair dryer in the room is just a decoration. It can't dry my hair after washing it. It blows for one second and then stops for 5 seconds. The quilt on the bed may not be disinfected. My child and I were bitten all over after staying for two nights. It was a very bad experience.

This is the worst trip since all my trips. I have always had a good impression of the Four Seasons, but the Express Hotel is better in cleanliness and good service. The name of the hotel is small, hard to find and the hygiene is very poor. The pictures are attached with details. I wanted to cancel the reservation when I went in, but it was too troublesome. There was no food for breakfast before 9 o'clock, and the restaurant said that they would not add breakfast. There was only garbage on the table. I asked for a pair of children's slippers, but they didn't arrive for half an hour. All the staff were unprofessional, unfriendly and enthusiastic, and their attitudes were average. Choose carefully.

This room is terrible. I have never slept in such a terrible hotel in my life. First of all, the bed is hard, just like the floor. When I woke up the next day, all the joints in my body were numb. The room is also a loft, and my head can touch the ceiling. The sound insulation is poor. It feels like people walking upstairs are walking on my head. The sound is very clear... The room is damp, and every place feels wet. The room has poor ventilation, like a container. The air conditioner is turned off, but the room is still very cold. I caught a bad cold even though I was in good condition. I don’t know if the air in the room is too bad. I advise all my friends not to sleep here. It is even worse than the experience of a guest house. It has all the shortcomings of a hotel.

The location is moderate and the surrounding area is very convenient. The Jing'an Temple business district is nearby. I booked the All Seasons Hotel but the hotel I stayed in was like Hanting. The hangers were full of dust and the toilet was flooded. The All Seasons Hotel is the hotel I often choose. I hope it can improve in the future.
