I choose this hotel every time I come to Shanghai. It's close to the subway station and very convenient to the People's Square and the Bund.

Really good location. Good distance from the metro and Bus 71 (takes you to all the main locations).
The staff were very nice especially Jasmine. She had great customer service.
Room was cleaned daily and thoroughly. Very nice housekeeping staff.

Really loved this accommodation
Staff were really lovely
They helped us top up our Alipay balance with cash so we can make sure that we can pay smaller vendors.
Free snacks with tea and they gave us new water bottles every day. (:
Ordering from Taobao, JD and Meituan was very convenient since they deliver directly to the room
We had some trouble finding the hotel at first, but it's on the 16th floor of Wulumuqi Rd Building 199 (it's an apartment complex). Note that hot water only runs for 30-40min and you'll need to wait 20min before the next shower--not a huge issue for us. There is a small washing machine and a drying rack, along with s small kitchen.
