The hotel open more then 10years, but Shangri-La always keep it in very good condition. Location: perfect & convenience Room: front desk upgrade me to room from the normal to premier 62sqm room. Becoz I wan check in early & my existing room haven’t ready. The view is beautiful in summer. Facility: all good the sauna steam gym & indoor swimming pool was fantastic

Nice hotel, clean rooms. Good view from the building. However, the breakfast was quite average and the rooms were fairly old. Good hotel gym with all necessary equipment and nice spa facility.

Very happy with our stay at Shangri la Hotel Jing An. Both Shelly Hou and July Li were pretty helpful. Will definitely come back

Great location, right next to Jing an Kerry centre and many shopping malls within 10 mins walking distance from the hotel. Absolutely love the room and toilet , it was clean and spacious! Asked for a late checkout and Eileen the reception staff gladly helped me! Awesome service and would definitely come back again!

We had a famous basket player stay at the same hotel. Due to security, the hotel denied access to many facilities and areas and treated everyone as if they were fans wanting to see said player. The security were rude and aggressive making the whole stay uncomfortable. The hotel could have done better regarding the scenario..

You get what you pay for at the ShangriLa, first class everything. The 56th floor has a great view of the city. For even just one night it's the best and close to everytjing you want in JingAn.

Great facility and location. Shopping mall attached to hotel and there is also excellent buffet option - although I have yet to experience it firsthand.

When arriving at the hotel, you’re greeted by friendly multilingual stuff which presents a pleasant stay for international travellers. The rooms are clean and tidy. We had the breakfast buffet and absolutely loved it!

Our stay was everything we expected, the service was outstanding, the facilities are great and the breakfast is one of the best I've experienced.

location is convenient and personnel helpful, I could not find a sewing kit in the room, all the rest was available

Great view in the room! Really clean place and theres a department store conveniently located at the hotel too. Staffs were also friendly and helpful.
