房間傢俱過於簡約導致睡覺衣服沒地放，空調不給力，晚上要求加被子，服務員拿來的是粘滿毛髮和污漬的內膽和乾淨的被套，要顧客自己套。再次電話要求更換，説沒有多餘的被子了且無歉意，非常無語。
