Service provided is fast and most of it are digitaliséd and can be controlled using xiao du.

My fiance and I stayed at Orange Hotel as our first stop of the trip for four nights. The lobby and breakfast room was very modern and welcoming. Before arriving, I bought items from Taobao and had them shipped to the hotel which they helped me accept all packages. Upon checking in, although their English and our Mandarin was limited, the friendly staff helped us set up hotel wifi on our phones and allowed us early check-in. The room was very clean and bed and pillows were very comfortable. I loved how everything in the hotel was committed with their orange brand. We had orange scented toiletries including a refreshing orange oil toothpaste, as well as orange flavored snacks in the room. There were free laundry facilities available which included a washer and a (surprise!) dryer that worked very well. There were an instance when I left my clothes in the dryer for about 30minutes over the finish time, but found them nicely folded and packed in a bag in the laundry room. The hotel is conveniently located a 5minute walk from the Caobao Line 1/12 station and close to a shopping center with some food options. Location wise it was a little further to city center than we would have preferred; definitely more of a local/residential neighborhood. Overall, we were quite pleased with our overall stay and price. We would consider visiting again but in a Orange location closer to city center.

The hotel is located close to a subway station (5 mins walk) and there is a mall very close to the hotel as well. Rooms are spacious and the staff was very helpful.

The room was very clean, there were disinfectant wipes, the orange candy was delicious, and the breakfast was quite rich. It's less than 10 minutes' walk from the subway station, and there's a big supermarket next to it. The door was a little difficult to use, and I couldn't open it several times.

This is my third time staying at Orange Hotel in Shanghai. The hotel environment is nice, the rooms are clean, and the front desk customer service is friendly. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance and the shopping center.

Facilities: All are new, intelligently controlled, Baidu Smart Screen can be voice controlled, very convenient. Including curtains, lights, air conditioning, etc. Hygiene: Clean and tidy without odor, but there are stains of dye on the hair dryer. Environment: The surrounding area is relatively quiet, there is no noise at night, and no sound from other rooms can be heard. The subway station is about a 5-minute walk away, and the Sun Moon Light Center is next to it, which is convenient for eating. Service: The service is thoughtful, and 4 bottles of water and 2 bottles of drinks are provided. Overall: It is worth staying again,

The room was clean and tidy. The orange-flavored shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and hand soap smelled good. The shower water was large and the temperature was just right. The lady at the front desk was warm and gentle and gave me souvenirs. The breakfast was half off and quite rich. The aunt cooked noodles for the children and they tasted good. The orange water in the lobby was delicious. The lily smelled good in the morning. It was a wonderful experience.

The hotel is in a great location, has parking, the lobby environment is very comfortable, the hotel service is also very good, helped us delay the check-out by one hour, the cleaning ladies are very enthusiastic, I will stay here again next time!
