Response from Property: Dear guest, the hotel has now been upgraded to the Accommodation Selection Hotel (Tujing North City Branch, Shanghai Hongqiao Hub). The previous hotel has been taken offline. Xiaojuku is dedicated to receiving foreign tourists and there will be no rush to leave. The hotel has been renovated and the front desk is available 24 hours a day. There are earplugs available at the front desk for those who sleep lightly. We hope you can be aware of this and look forward to your next visit
