Very good and friendly hotel. Staff was nice, rooms big and clean. Also washing machine in the room. Highly recomended place to stay in shangjai.

If you want to cook,wash and stay on your own this is the perfect place.Very close to Hongqiao station and airport.Not many supermarkets or groceries close but so be aware. Other than that its pretty good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel/apartment. It was spacious and also very clean. Our cat also enjoyed the space 😁😁 we will definitely come back when we visit Shanghai again.

Nice stay like all times before

I booked a short stay to check it out as an option for a longer future stay. Stayed in a 1 bedroom Deluxe unit. Service - only problem was check-in : I arrived late, ~10pm, and there was no-one at the desk. No use calling, because the phone at the empty desk rang. After 20+ minutes, I found a paper and key card with my name. Just as I grabbed that, someone arrived. Location: fine if coming by taxi, especially convenient for Hongqiao. Not too bad from Line 2 Metro - can walk if no luggage, or short taxi. Plenty of coffee shops nearby, small restaurants too I guess (didn't try). Not sure if there is a supermarket in walking distance, didn't ask. Unit; very clean & spacious. The kitchen is only moderately equipped. Wifi fast & reliable. Good setup for working in the unit. Early morning noise on the construction (west?) Side of the building. Overall - pretty good option for an extended stay, would do myself if coming back.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. Rooms were spacious and the living room kitchen area was also larger than expected. Apartment was clean enough and everything we needed worked. The room type suited our needs and we would consider it again for our next trip.

The room is large, with a reasonable and practical spacing. The front desk service attitude is really good, with a smile on their face, and they take good care of us every time. The location is great, close to the Suhe runway. It is a good choice for both business and family travel, and it is worth experiencing.

The location is good, it is convenient for traveling, there is a shopping mall and food court next to it, the hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, it is worth recommending, suitable for business trips and family trips

At the invitation of their son who works in Shanghai, a couple searched for a resort-like residence hotel for a family of three, and thought that the 60-square-meter space would be the perfect space for a family to stay like home, so they made a reservation for 4 nights and 5 days including breakfast for 2 people. Since it was a 3-star residence, they checked in and entered without much expectation. However, my expectations were dashed from the first day. The kindness of the female staff at the counter was replaced by the word BEST, and the various facilities in the hotel complex, including the Luckin Cafe, gave the atmosphere of a vacation villa. The Chinese-style breakfast (20 yuan/person) that was delivered was simple, but the menu was slightly different every day, adding to the refreshing feeling. After checking out, I decided on a place to stay for the two families traveling in the first half of next year and left, so I was able to board the car to Pudong Airport with a light heart. I would like to express my gratitude to the hotel staff who have an international sense.
