This property is conveniently located very close to Shanghai city centre, just 20-30 minutes walk to Jin'an Temple.
The place is pretty clean, common area is spacious and very nice, it's pretty comfortable there to read or work on your laptop, or just chit chat with friends.
There's also quite a lot of personal space in dormitory rooms: each bed has curtains, individual light, electric socket and shelves, also a lot of hooks for clothes, and a locker.
Suggestion: it'd be nice if they also provide bath towels

Fun little Inn, nothing mindblowing, but clean and simple. Guests are rather local, foreigners rarely seen. But for the price and location I wouldn’t hesitate to come again!

It’s an interesting hostel for foreigners since most locations only accept Chinese resident card holders to book - except this location. The service is good and it is a clean place. Albeit I stayed in the ten person dorm so you simply just accept some amount of messiness. But they supply slippers and very nice storage with electronic locks. The bedding is good enough and it is clean. I found it easy to take a shower and there’s a large lobby front room area that is nice to hang out in. The location is great. It’s only a short bike ride to Zhongshan park. As far as hostels go, it’s a pretty good one. And much cheaper than many hostels in the city.

The beds are clean and comfortable, staying inside the cabin is quite comfortable and spacious… though i can see there is daily cleaning, i was never lucky enough to find the bathroom clean… some people would smoke in the bathroom on the 3rd floor and it would get very stinky… Other than that, it is a great place for its value

It’s very much you get what you pay for! I didn’t feel very healthy after a nights sleep because the air is damp & the toilet flies are in the bedrooms

After the first day of living, I felt good and stayed for another day.
Although it is under the Yan'an West Road viaduct, the floor-to-ceiling steel windows are very soundproof,
and the public area is quiet and no one is noisy.
