Hotel location is good! Walkable distance to Nanjing Pedestrian Street. The staffs are friendly and helpful. There are also restaurants and street foods nearby the hotel.

Near the bund and Mrt. The hotel actually above my expectation, new design, and everything worth for the price.

The hotel room very clean. The staffs very helpful even they can’t speak English. Close to some mall and walk the sightseeing places.

Dusty environment. No chair. No fridge. I also found out that window curtain cannot be operate. Drawer spoilt. Not recommend to stay.

Nice area, friendly stuff but room was very worn and not well cleaned. Bed was comfy and room very dark and quiet. Left early without any problems

Nice and pretty hotel near to the main attractions like The Bund, Peoples Square and shopping area. However, with markets and restaurent just beside the building, it was a bit noisy very early in the morning. The receptionist can't speak english, but their service are still good. Make sure you have a google translate or something for easy communication. Over all, I really like the hotel.

Hotel close to the metro and selling food. good location

Good location. Take exit 7 at nanning east mrt station.... Ningbo Rd. Convenient. Very short walk thru pedestrian street to bund. Many small eateries around.... Open early for bf too.

Location is good very near to the Bund . But hotel is a bit old and maintenance not well done. Service is not fantastic I asked to be on wait list for extension of stay as they are fully booked but no one updated the status.

Comfy and convenient

NEARBY HAVE LOCAL FRUIT STALL, SOME LOCAL FOOD, WALKING DISTANCE FEW MINUTE 南京东路. Please use hotel address as 上海市黄浦区宁波路232 beside is 袁记云饺. Dont search hotel name 白玉兰酒店 , the map or driver will bring you to shutdown hotel, the name also called 白玉兰酒店.

Location was great. Easy walk to the subway, pedestrian walk and the Bund. The room was on the smaller side but this wasn’t an issue for me being a solo traveller. It was equipped with the usual amenities, toiletries, kettle etc, there was also a washing machine which was convenient but I didn’t end up using it (there’s also a seperate laundry facility on the ground floor). The only negative is the street noise and smell from the restaurants.. Apartment is located on the corner of a busy eatery street, so the noise goes on until late hours and the smell from the restaurants reaches the room - Therefore I wasn’t able to open the windows and had to wear earplugs to sleep. Staff don’t speak English but we managed thanks to translate apps - the owner however spoke very well English and he was extremely helpful helping me arrange a taxi to the high speed train station. Overall will recommend this apartment to solo (max 2) travellers considering the size of the room.

Very small but cozy room, got washing machine. close to Shanghai Bund Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street with walking distance, have a lot of food stall down to the street, just bit noisy because got morning market and school.

Room was in line with expectations and very clean. Front desk extremely helpful and location is perfect. Lovely stay
