The experience of staying at the hotel was just terrible! It all started with the fact that the staff hardly spoke English. When we saw the room, it was very dirty, there were terrible stains on the floor and walls, it was simply impossible to stay in it. The room stinks terribly. There is a ventilation system next to the bed, which is clogged with garbage. How should we breathe this? In the evening, when we went back to pick up our things and move out of this hell, our bed was all wet, and new stains formed on the bed linen. We also do not recommend breakfast at this hotel, in the morning we were met by a female employee of the hotel in pajamas, we did not immediately realize that she works here. WE arrived early in the morning, when there were not many people, but there was no choice of food at all. We do not recommend it to anyone, we had to urgently look for another hotel. The vacation was ruined!

Nice location but room smelled awful. AC was filled with mold! Felt like i was getting positioned tbh.

For a budget hotel in Shanghai this is pretty good. With a few upgrades this hotel would be even better! good things: - The location is super convenient, close to a metro and a mall and Nanjing road is a 20 minute walk - We got a free upgrade to a bigger room - There is an elevator & they have a delivery robot - Next to the hotel is a nice bagel place for breakfast Things to improve: - our curtains and showercurtain had mold on it - The rooms are very noisy, other guests would keep us awake at night

The location is pretty good as It’s near qufu metro station and big shopping mall (joy city). I saw that there’s robot delivering food up to the rooms when u order 外卖 pretty cool but I ordered at midnight hence there is no such service. The room is clean and they clean up everyday by 12pm

They upgraded my room and they gave early check in! Bed are super comfy. AC is nice!!

Hotel staff initially promised to let me checkin hotel at 10am and will call me when its ready, but i never received any calls. After 10am, the staffs changed shift, i told them about my situation, but they said i could only checkin after 2pm...Fine, again they said they will call when my room is ready, but again no one called! i came back to hotel around 1pm to wait, but i saw a few groups managed to checkin in front of my eyes, i then realized that i could checkin already...what an experience....will never stay there ever again thats for sure! Also, there's side window in the room which has no curtains at all, though the other buildings were far away, but basically anyone can see through that window from far (by using binoculars or high end phones) at any time throughout the stay, even if ppl bare body.....ridiculous!

The only amazing thing about this place was its location. Right next to a very good breakfast place and a nice mall. The room itself while we knew it would have no window, it had a window facing a hallway that had other rooms windows and the screen you could pull down was only good to block out the light from the hallway. I would just have preferred a normal wall instead of a creepy window. Besides that the room was extremely dark and made it difficult to find things or do any kind of work. There was also mold in the bathroom and all over the shower curtain. The bed had a comforter on top of a very dirty mattress that looked like it was never cleaned. The biggest issue was the air conditioning which decided to shut off in the middle of one of the nights that we were there and the room became very hot. This happened at 5 in the morning and the staff was unhelpful in resolving the issue as they told us that it will be fine during the day. Overall this was just a place to sleep. I’d recommend somewhere else if you care about cleanliness or being able to see things in your room.
