Crystal Orange Hotel Reviews

It is a lovely hotel, near everywhere., but we are vegetarian so the breakfast food is limited for us, even though we inform the kitchen, hope the management can do something about it. And I can review in happy cow (a world wide vegetarian app), can push up the popularity of this hotel.

Orange Crystal hotel location is neighbours of Yu Yuan garden and only walking distance to The Bund which is a must visit tour destination in Shanghai. Subway station (Yu Yuan) is just opposite across the street, therefore you can reach as many destinations as you want. Furthermore surrounding the hotel there are abundant shops selling various types of food, convenience shops and even a tattoo parlour is closed. The front desk staff are friendly, polite and professional, when I check in the lady seriously finds me two rooms on the same floor since we're family and the other staff offer hot tea as we arrive. This kind of hospitality is hard to find in a common hotel. Last but not least the hotel is well maintained, clean, equipped with fresh and modern facilities, they also provide breakfast, plenty of mineral water, soft drinks, coffee and tea powder. The hotel is worth of money and I will stay again when I visit Shanghai in the future

Very good location. Room cleaning lady service is very good, who go beyond usual duties to support the guest request (eg. Box to pack excess luggage etc) .Front desk service could be improved further (similar attitude as the room cleaning team, to take the extra steps). Hotel should increase the number of washing machine and dryer.

It is very cozy and clean. Really good location!! And we enjoyed the small area with the big window. Breakfast was also very good.

very convenient location to yuyuan, downtown, bund and metro. staff are well trained and empowered to accede to guests’ requests. highly recommended

Good location for first time visit to Shanghai. Hotel staff are very friendly, though they don't speak English. Walking distance to Yu Yuan and The Bund. You can take a tourist bus to tour around the old and new Shanghai. Nice eatery nearby.

The hotel was in a very good location near popular sites like Yu Yuan as well as other places. Very clean room and the hotel staff were all very helpful too. Definitely a good stay here.

excellent hotel. very convenient and stylish decor. conveniently located. gym has a nice view of the pearl. has guest laundry. very nice staff who helped us settle our parcel and also allowed late checkout as we had an evening flight

We were 7 people all together. It is the first time I have stayed in this hotel. Not only me, all our colleagues were very satisfied with the hotel and the mentioned to me many times. Hotel is very clean, reasonable price and very close to Waitan and Yuyuan Garden. Just next to the hotel there is 24/7 market and a lot of places to eat. Ms. Li Na, Ms. Wang Nan, Ms. Fang Qiuhong others were very helpful and smiling all the time. Next time I will stay here again.
