Nice place to be, but the registration takes too much time, even for regular customers, it’s kinda annoying.

Why don’t you mention your hotel is under renovation? You have to notify the guest when making an online booking or in the confirmation. We are having some meetings with our customer in your hotel, which is noisy and unprofessional. We are very disappointed.

Very satisfied. The room facilities are very new. The environment is comfortable and the breakfast is delicious.

I had a lot of choices for summer travel. It's on Line 1 in Jing'an District, 9 minutes' walk to the subway entrance, and just a few stops from People's Square. It's very close to any tourist attraction in the city. Hmm, how come it's surrounded by branches of famous universities? Although it's next to the viaduct, the room I stayed in faces the university's playground. It's very quiet in the summer vacation. The girl in the picture at the front desk is very good, and the aunt is also very good, which shows that the service in Shanghai is really good. I will stay here next time I come to Shanghai Center.

Booked online in advance, there are two room types according to the photos, I chose a floor-to-ceiling window room, the price is slightly higher, after checking in, I found that it is exactly the same as the lower price room, there is no difference, there is no toothbrush, room service took 20 minutes to bring it up, and no comb either~

After the renovation, the hotel is different, including the room facilities, buffet breakfast and front desk service. It feels like a new level. When checking in, the front desk staff learned that there was some dissatisfaction with the direction of the room we stayed in last year, and took the initiative to apologize and chose a quiet room. They also gave us three breakfasts, which surprised us. The buffet breakfast is quite rich, with meat, vegetables, fruits, eggs and milk, and the chef cooks noodles and wontons. The experience is very good. I will choose Kyriad again when I come to Shanghai for business trips in the future.

I booked a triple room with my parents. The price was affordable, the hotel environment was very good, it was very close to Shanghai Station, the breakfast was rich, the front desk service was very good, and I didn't encounter any problems such as sound insulation, water and electricity.
