Love my stay here in this hotel. The room is really nice, bed is very comfortable, bath tub beside the bed is really relaxing especially while watching TV. Ordered food in my room at dinner time. The food is indeed delicious. They also send different types of fruits on a platter at night which is such a wonderful and generous gesture. Would be great if they can have more choices for their breakfast buffet. Overall stay is amazing. I will come back for sure.

I was able to do early check in and late check out. Room facilities are ok. Except there was nothing in the refrigerator .The front desk staff are really nice and polite and professional. Executive lounge is basic compared to others in shanghai. Free parking space. Above all my stay was satisfactory.

The hotel environment is Nice, and the waiters are very warm and thoughtful, especially Kenny and Simon at the front desk! The breakfast bread and coffee are very good. It can be seen that the western chef is very attentive.And after looking at the hotel, there is also a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off Disney 🚌, which is very convenient!

Bring your child to experience a surprise, buy a lot of things in advance and send them to the hotel, contact customer service to help me prepare. The service is super good. Originally, they couldn't help to open the parcel in advance. After understanding the needs, they helped to solve it in advance in order to prepare a surprise for the child! The whole room is relatively clean, but the only shortcoming is the drainage in the bathroom, which is damp and smelly. The water in the basin is like blocked, super slow... There is nothing to do in the surrounding facilities. Maybe you can just stay here with your child for a day~ Feel it. Overall, the price is still very good, the child is happy, the environment is clean, and the service is good!

The lobby is very spacious, there is a swimming pool on the basement floor with clean water, a large steam room, and a gym that is free to use 24 hours a day with a room card. Hygiene: It is very clean and tidy, and the cleaning of the guest rooms is also quite particular. It's just that the parent-child play facilities outside the first floor are a bit simple and shabby. Environment: The hotel may be a supporting facility for real estate commercial development, but the surrounding residents are not popular enough, it looks very desolate, and the business downstairs is not good, so it feels that the overall planning is a bit abrupt. Marriott's brand should not be set up in an area with such a consumption level. Service: It's still very good. Quality control has always been the focus of large hotels. The breakfast is also rich, the dining environment is comfortable, and there are not many guests. It's just that the weather was not good in the last two days of the holiday, otherwise it's not far to the ancient town and Disney.

My kid loves My Little Pony, so I took her to check in during the holiday. The hotel is full of details, and the kid is super happy. The photos here are really good. The Peach cake given by the hotel is so cute. The hygiene, service, and breakfast are all good. A very, very pleasant night.

The gate helped to pick up the luggage. The lobby service was very good, Alex had no problem communicating on WeChat, and the hotel had a special shuttle to Disney. We took a round-trip shuttle bus to Disneyland, and the return time was originally scheduled to be 21:30, but the fireworks ended at 21:30, and we had to return the stroller and leave the park, so the shuttle bus waited until 22:15, and they also helped us pay the extra parking fee.
