僅住宿慎選，體驗極差！完全沒有達到期待，以下幾點讓我非常失望：
服務差別對待
服務員對會員熱情無比，但對僅來住宿的客人幾乎不聞不問。入住後電梯位置、早餐時間和地點這些基本訊息完全無人主動告知。
房間設施設計與維護不佳
房間內的開關錯綜複雜，部分空調開關根本是擺設，燈的開關有些失靈，簡直像是在做解謎遊戲。尤其是晚上睡覺時，廁所上方的筒燈怎麼都關不掉，嚴重影響休息。
衞生條件堪憂
最無法忍受的是廁所晚上傳來的惡臭，即使關上門味道依然揮之不去，整晚忍耐這種刺鼻的氣味。第二天退房時向前台反饋，卻衹收到一句敷衍的“其他客户沒反饋過這個問題”，完全沒有解決問題的誠意。
早餐與餐廳服務
唯一可取的地方是餐廳大堂經理的服務態度尚可，願意積極為客人服務，但早餐的味道實在一般。
總之，如果你衹是來住宿而不打高爾夫，根本沒有選擇這裏的理由。以這種服務和體驗，根本配不上所謂的高端定位。服務一顆星是給餐廳經理的，其他一無是處。
