You need to walk like 12 mins walk to reach hotel, upon check in, the guy was nice to give us a quite room which we are thankful. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious. On the day we check-out, counter staff are so kind to help us order a taxi to the train station. Highly recommended

Good and nice room, around the hotel has too many good food :)

Nothing special but a overall cheap option for a stay in Shanghai. There was quite some construction going on when we were staying there but hopefully that has been resolved since then. Overall all needs were met and the amenities are fine.

Good Location, not so far from Shanghai Station, and there are 2 MRT station (line 2 & line 3/4) nearby. The room is clean, no cigarette smell, and spacious enough. Very worth the price paid. The staff and the security were very friendly and kind, for example when I checked out and brought my 4 luggages to outside by myself, the receptionist lady spontaneously helped me to bring the luggage. Thank you for this receptionist lady. The only disavantage was limited English speaking ability.

The staff are very helpful, we decided to extend our stay for extra 1 days and even the house keeping staff are helping us on the room selection and help us to find the room that we want. They are many local fruits store and food store available around these area, if you want to experience some local food with budgeted hotel, recommend to stay here

I was a little disappointed with this hotel the carpet from the corridor were so dirty, it needs a little care but my room wasn’t so bad and they kept on knocking even after I booked for another stay because a friend came over just for couple of hours otherwise it wasn’t a train smash but I doubt will book again.

DO NOT STAY HERE AS A FOREIGNER! If you are not Chinese then they will walk you to a police station to register you there, otherwise they cannot check you in! The police station is very far away and you have to get a ticket there and wait for your turn. Of course the police officer does not speak English. I just stayed here for one night and having to go to the police station feels very bad, just book a different hotel. Also the facilities in this hotel are quite bad, there wasn't even a properly closable door for the bathroom and everything was dirty and broken. Definitely not worth your money.

I would use this hotel as a second choice. Will not book in a hurry again.

Amenities provided weren’t up to the standards

I stay here every time I go on a business trip. The room is very nice and clean, with complete facilities, and it is very comfortable to stay in. The front desk service is also very good.

This hotel has successfully broken the bottom line of my perception of bad hotels! It is completely meaningless to complain about the facilities and hygiene. The so-called window faces the linen room. Do you want me to supervise your staff? The hardware is poor, and the software is even worse. There is a photo of a TV. Can anyone tell what program it is? The receptionist looked unhappy. I don’t know how I offended her when I entered the door!

Stayed for two nights. When I checked in on the first day, the hotel information said there was an ironing service. I asked and was told that there was no ironing service. Then the hotel information immediately stopped ironing service. The platform intervened and arranged for someone to iron the clothes and gave some compensation. The next morning, I went to the front desk to ask for a bottle of mineral water and was told that there were only two bottles in one room. The aunt would put it when I continued to stay and cleaned. The front desk didn't have it, so I had to go to the supermarket behind to buy it myself. I was awakened by the deafening sound of the electric drill at 8 or 9 in the morning. In the afternoon, there was the sound in the video in the room. The hotel couldn't find the reason. I asked to change the room and wanted to change to the other side of the hotel to reduce the noise of the decoration. The guest room said that the room type over there was different and could not be changed. During the period, I asked to communicate with the store manager four or five times. Either he couldn't contact him, or he said he was not in the hotel and couldn't come back today. In the end, he arranged a room on the other side (one level more expensive than what I booked). He kept saying that you can only stay in this room for one night, not more. During the period, he took me to see three rooms. One was in the next door and the decoration sound was very noisy. I refused. One was in the corner and the room was very small. One had a large piece of rotten floor as soon as you entered the door. He said it was okay and it would not affect your stay. I want to say that I changed rooms because of your hotel. I did not mention the impact of the decoration and the harsh noise on me, nor did I mention the time and energy I wasted in changing rooms. Instead, I was constantly told that the room type was different and I could only stay for one night. In summary, the promised service was not provided, free mineral water was not given, the room problem was not willing to change rooms, and the priority was given to changing bad rooms for guests affected by the hotel. The store manager was irresponsible and did not show up. Very bad stay experience, the first time in my life to give a bad review, and write so many words.

The room is tidy and clean, the environment is beautiful and quiet, the service is warm and thoughtful, the hotel facilities are complete, the equipment is very new, the geographical location is excellent, it is close to Shanghai Station and the transportation is convenient.
