Another fantastic hotel by Ji . The standardization of their theme is expected across the brand. Environment: This location is conveniently located near Shang Cheng Lu 商城路, which is surrounded by office buildings & shopping options. Making it a great place for food. The only downside is that the traffic gets a little finicky in the peak hours. Lobby: Oddly the lobby is located on Level 5. So sometimes delivery gets a little mixed up. While there is a signage, could improve this on Level 1. Reception/Housekeeping: Awesome. They are polite and attentive. Any requests sent is promptly resolved. This location also helps to receive and sort out any parcels; which is very great for foreigners who prepurchase their taobao. Room: Its quite averagely sized. Not the largest, but could be a tad too narrow in walkway if there are huge luggages in the room. However each room come with a daily restocked bottled mineral water by Nongfu Spring, tea leaves & some candy. While the room has a window, it's not facing the road but a false skylight. Shower/Bathroom: Toilet facility is American style & comes with electronic bidet. There's a wet-dry seperation. One improvement is that the showerhead is placed too high. Impacting height-limited individuals from reaching it. Also could add a small rack to put toiletries. The shower does come with complimentary shower gel & shampoo which are very fragrant. Washbasin: Located right at the entrance of the room. Very huge mirror with ring-light. Fully stocked amenities like shower cap, cotton buds, tooth brush & slippers. Furthermore the room comes with an umbrella for rainy days.

The hotel is conveniently located and very easy to take Didi, and reception (on the fifth floor) is friendly. The calico cat at level 1 is also very cute. The family room is a little small for 3 and the downside is the sink is very near the door, if someone open the door without warning, it will hit someone who’s washing their hands/face at the sink. There’s also no lock in the toilet or shower. Even though it’s a window room, it’s a fake one with it overlooking into another rooms with ceiling

Location is very convenient to arrive from the airport and close to all the attractions in Lujiazui. Big thanks to all the hotel staff that are very helpful.

The room is big and clean. The location was good too, close to 2 different train station lines (5 and 10 mins walk), and many restaurants and shopping malls nearby. They also allowed us to check out late. One con is that there is no proper slope to pull the luggage.

room is fine. But different from what it's advertise in the picture. The receptionist are not so friendly either.

Good experience with Ji Hotel. The room was well cleaned every day. Room wifi was easy to connect without the need of a local phone number. Non- smoking room and no smell of smoke at all.
