Brand new hotel, contrary to its name, not new at all, jaw dropping, old business building, old room, old bath towels that I dare not use, black toilet paper, uneven mattress, uneven pillows, outside the window is a car road, very noisy, this is the worst hotel I have booked in so many years. Just look at the photos and you will know.

Let’s talk about the advantages first: the subway station lines 2, 3, and 4 are right downstairs. It’s very convenient to go out, and the windows in the room are also large. Now let’s talk about the shortcomings: the look in the receptionist’s eyes when I went there was as disgusting as eating a fly. She felt that she was superior to others and she was working as a receptionist to serve me, a person she didn’t like. I was also fascinated by it. The room was actually a guest house. The facilities are simple, except for disposable toothbrushes, there are no other supplies. There are two full-length mirrors on the wardrobe door, which just face the bed. The important thing is that Lines 3 and 4 are on the ground and run every three minutes. In the room I hear the subway passing by every three minutes. And the location of the hotel is not that easy to find. When you come out of Exit 11 of the subway, turn right and go around to the back and then go up to the second floor platform. After going up, the right side of the platform is China Unicom Building, and the building on the left is the hotel lobby. There was a 50 yuan deposit for the room card. When I returned it, a man had a very good attitude.

The overall environment is good. This is the second time I have stayed at the B&B owned by the group (in the same building). The B&B building is close to the Zhongshan Park Station of Shanghai Line 2. It is nearby the bustling and lively Longemont Shopping Mall and Mega Plaza. Shopping and dining are very convenient.

The service is good, the location is good, the room is big, the only thing is that the sewer smells, I hope it can be dealt with in the future, everything else is very satisfactory

The hotel environment is good, but the room is not clean. The floor was not cleaned when we checked in. There is no telephone in the room. After all this trouble, the service has changed, but the good impression of the hotel has been discounted. If we had not booked a room for three days and paid it all at once, we would have refunded the room for the last two days and looked for another place. Today's evaluation is just to hope that the hotel can improve its service attitude and improve the room facilities in the future. The hotel is in a very good location with convenient transportation. There are two major shopping malls, Dragon Dream and Raffles City, nearby. The hotel rooms are reasonably laid out, but the facilities are a bit old.

I didn’t expect that the environment would be so unacceptable! Consider yourself unlucky. It is recommended not to stay here, otherwise you will regret it!
