The room was neat and clean. Everything was proper. Breakfast was excellent with good amount of variety. Very close to Metro station.

A decent hotel in a good location, convenient for the underground and an abundance of eating options nearby.
Century Park is within walking distance and we spent a very pleasant morning strolling around, enjoying the tranquility. Shanghai is undoubtedly quieter during the summer months when locals escape the heat. Cleanliness and staff all up to scatch at this establishment and it represents value for money, although the breakfast is a little disappointing.

The hotel was clean and close to the metro station, They don't speak English but we used phones to translate. They are willing to help on everything.
Very happy with the service. We will go again if we visit Shanghai again!

Value for money, but facilities are on old side. No noise during our stay though. Not generous with toilet paper.

he hotel is very strategically located with FamilyMart, Lawson, and a coffee shop right in front. The metro is nearby, making it easy to get around, including to Lujiazui. We appreciated the early check-in, thanks to the kind receptionist, as our flight landed early. The room was comfortable, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast had many options, but as Muslims, we only ate fruits and vegetables. Overall, a great stay with excellent location and service!

Generally the location near metro and price was favourable. However staff could have been more friendly and helpful, the climate control didn't work properly and it because 27c in the room at night when it was around 4c outside. The shower temperature was also very finicky, and some mould in shower area. Generally acceptable, but I'd probably try somewhere else next time.

Stayed at this hotel as is near to my office. Many eateries in the area. Opposite For mall which have eateries and Lawson convenience stall but there aren't shopping. However, Didi to nearby LCM mall, which is not bad. The laundry room has many washers, and 3 dryers for free usage with detergent is a plus. Breakfast varieties are alright since we are easy. Twin beds are good for 1 adult and 1 child, good size. The housekeeping lady is very accommodating and the room is not small. Overall, it's a good place if you don't mind the location.

I enjoyed the food 👌 except that the bathroom and the toilet -It needs to be renovated ! The facility is old. All in all - I love the ga t that it is convenient for us as a family 👌 Please the bathroom and toilet needs to be upgraded

Hotel location near metro. Room condition average. Opposite hotel got few restaurants.

The hotel is basic but good location. The room doesn’t have conditioner and the bed is very hard. The room is quite clean but has quite a bit of mould in the bathroom. There are lots of restaurants opposite and it is close to the subway .
