Mind blowing convenient location, proximity to restaurants and Cafe Opp this hotel, makes my stay extemely comfortable.
We visit Shanghai atleast 5 times in a year and have been staying at this hotel since last 6 years. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms. But not much accommodation for foreign guests. Breakfast buffet doesn't have many options and no communication regarding breakfast times.

I stayed at Shanghai Four Seasons Hotel on this business trip and had a very bad experience. The room facilities were old and damaged in many places.
