Horrible. I would not stay here again. Or, to be more precise, I would not stay in the hotel they sent me to. Pebble hotel was under renovation and all booking were sent to the hotel next to it, something with King. They joked about how my booking was "upgraded", and that must have been a joke, because the new room was horrible. Things were organized, and the surface areas were clean, but it all felt so unhygienic. The walls were paper thin, so when I was in the bathroom and someone was opening their room door, the noise was so loud that I was thinking that they opened my room. The walls next to the beds were ruined and the shower was disgusting. And, on top of this, I asked for wake up call because I wanted to catch the early train to the city, and I didn't get anything. Thankfully, I woke up by myself on my first alarm, which was triggered before the agreed wage up call time, but that makes me wonder what do you do if you have to catch a morning flight, and your alarm is not enought?

The hotel was good for the very short stay. The man who checked me in was exceptionally hopefully and used efficient translation. The room was comfortable. The free transfer bus to the airport was dangerous. Either the driver was going too fast or the suspension is damaged or a combination of the two. As he was driving several of us were flung out of our seats. I hit the ceiling sharply

The Pebble Hotel Pudong International Airport is not in use anymore at all. Look at the pictures other guests have uploaded to Trip.com. The Hotel used to accomodate guests instead....well look at the picture. The receptionist could not even read my name, despite having my Passport in his hand, he showed me many other arabic as well as scandinavian guest name screenshots and asked if that is me. From the domestic terminal to the Hotel the shuttle takes longer than the Metro, let alone the Maglev, takes to Hongqiao Railway station !

The hotel is comfortable, room is big, hot water. About 30 yuan to go to Pudong Airport, suitable for those who have early or late flight. They will pick you from the airport almost all day long from about 4.30am to 1.30am the next day. But free shuttle bus to the airport is only from 4.30am to 12.30pm at noon, other else you can take taxi.

Hotel about 20mins drive from pudong airport. Room is clean and mattress is comfortable The hotel provided airport pick up and transfer as well even at late night Recommended

Terrible airport transfer service. Not responsive customer service. We called as soon as arrive at 00:57 cuz we wanna rest, the drive picked us up one hour later (which he said was 15 min later only) with full bus, no luggage storage in the bus so you have to carry it on with you. Customer service was not responding so we don’t have the schedule. Terrible, I could have call taxi. There is a nail in the floor which almost hurt my foot on first day. (Second pic). Never this hotel again.

The hotel is about a 15 min drive from Pudong airport (~20RMB by taxi). If you're on a real tight budget, there's a bus stop ~7 min walk away. The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Pudong Airport in the mornings (4am to 12:10pm) which we took and it was great. Neither the staff nor the driver speak much English, so if that's an issue for you, ask someone at the airport tourist information center to help you out. There's a convenience store at the first floor of the hotel, which has all the basics. The check-in was quick and easy, and check-out even more so. As an extra plus, no deposit was needed at check-in. The rooms (we booked a superior room) are nice, surprisingly clean and spacious, though they do show their age in places. There's an elevator in the hotel and there are cupboards and closets galore in the room. The rooms are ridiculously big, especially considering what you pay for it (we paid 150RMB for two). We stayed there one night going out and one coming back and there was no smell of smoke in either of the rooms (a common issue in places like this). If you get breakfast for 20-30RMB over the room price, take it. It's not worth paying 38pp extra. For what you pay, you get more than you need, and I dare you to find a better deal. *This very same hotel is sometimes advertised as New Knight Royal Hotel Airport and International Resort on different booking platforms.

A good place if you want to rest during your layover. Isn’t neither expect anything fancy. Offers your free shuttle van from/to the airport.

The hotel offered us transport from the airport . It was bit troublesome as the hotel people couldn’t talk English and was bit hard to locate the driver for pick up . Breakfast was average. Room was clean . Hotel offered free shuttle for Disneyland . Overall had a good stay !!

Excellent. An awesome place for overnight stay to catch early morning flights at a reasonable price. The free airport drop off service was also punctual and without any hassle. Overall a good experience.

Can’t speak English to customers when we’re call to hotel. And hotel bus is shared with another hotel so I waited for another customer for 1 hours and then take to me hotel

Hotel is good if you plan to stay near airport, metro is quite far. Their service was excellent.

Great staff . The hotel carpet in the room was extremely dirty. The pillowcase has a stain on it and the shower glass was dirty. It’s in the middle of nowhere, but there is a shuttle bus to the airport and it’s free. There’s nowhere to buy good, but you can order online and it will be delivered to the hotel. It’s a bit dark as well. If you have to get to the airport at a specific time, ensure that you book in advance do that you can reach on time. All in all, it’s a fairly good hotel especially if your stay is short. All in all, it’s a fairly good hotel especially if your stay is short and you’re on a budget.

Stayed at the hotel for a single night while waiting for a early morning flight. While the location is close to the domestic and international terminal, the room wasn’t very tidy. The carpet was very stained and smelled of smoke. There were crumbs of food from the previous occupant. I wouldn’t stay here again.
