Super comfortable, convenient location and near towards NECC. Spacious rooms and everything is just perfect!

The staffs were very helpful. The hotel offers complimentary breakfast. The dinner price is reasonable. The room had some smoking smell. it's betting better after the staff helped us open the window.

Very clean hotel located in a quiet area. Second time staying there and still looks good. The staff there are very enthusiastic about their work and always there to help. Check in was smooth and the breakfast was pretty decent, included a few western options . Looking forward to staying there again

Our stay at the Kew Green was excellent. The room was large and well-priced. The room was clean and well-supplied with amenities. The front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is good, but there is nothing around the hotel for food and entertainment. We enjoyed the location because it was quiet and only about a 1km walk to the subway and Didi's was always close by. The hotel is only about 5 minutes from Hongqaio Airport. The free laundry usage was a wonderful bonus, especially since we stayed a week. The gym is functional for exercising. The breakfast is good. The only minor complaint about breakfast is that sometimes they would run out of items later in the morning and not refill them. In summary, we would stay at the Kew Green without hesitation when we return to Shanghai.

I was in training nearby and found this hotel by chance. I stayed there for many nights. The hotel is new, spacious, and comfortable. The service is good, especially the young man Guo Zhongxin is very nice.

The overall feeling is good, the front desk can be re-presented to old customers. The room is very spacious and the sense of space is very comfortable. After the restaurant changed to a la carte, the dishes are fresher than the buffet and cost-effective. Lobsters are out of season, and the fish varieties can be increased. A pergola-style booth can be added outdoors. The hall seats are too crowded and small, and under the eyes of the waiters, it is difficult to relax physically and mentally exhausted.

The hotel lobby is simple and stylish, the rooms are large, the bathroom has a large amount of water, the breakfast is also good, the price is affordable, it can be regarded as good value for money, and the stay experience is very good
