Very limited amenities in the room but generally it’s a nice hotel and it’s connected to a large mall. Breakfast price is very high.

Very clean hotel and size is spacious, location is convenient as it’s underneath the global harbor shopping mall, will come back again!

Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor Hotel is very high standard living hotel for travelling and business trip. The room is such big which is around 50 sqm. The bathroom was clean and bright, the toilet separated from shower room. It has got 50" Television in the room. Our room was located level 16, it was quiet and brighter. Also it is very convenience because the huge Global harbor shopping centre is just downstairs. Lot of shops and restaurant you could access from hotel Level 1 and Level 7. I think the hotel is best the location to reach the Shanghai subway systems, which has No.3, No.4 and No.13 subways lines just beside of the hotel, walking only few seconds. It was best experience living in Shanghai hotel. Mr Qi Chen,

Check in hotel club room. There is no coffee machine, the glass were dirty, table is broken. Reported they did not apologize but ask me to change to a smaller room or if I want to check out! No five start service but asked me to give them 5 start feedback online! Never again!

I booked for mooncake festival. Unfortunately, it was not a good stay because there was no amenities open. The booking page doesn’t say it and the hotel didnt call in advance so we cannot cancel. Imagine making a staycation without any activities in the hotel. Very good service though! Across the board, people are nice! With regards to the breakfast, I was expecting more but the food is not varied and doesn’t have a lot of options. The cleanliness of the room also is not very excellent. It was a good room but dusty. The under bed is sooooo dirty!!! The view is good though! Im torn rating this hotel but overall, no amount of their sorry and resolution can fix a broken holiday experience :(

Actually the Time i went there fro Travelling makes me Choose this Hotel as the Price Performance Level was Perfect, nice Staff Good Parking. Perfect View
