I am warning you to book this hotel. This is not a hotel. It is a nightmare. There are so many bed bugs. I checked out soon after 30 minutes i checked in. You can check the photo and video how big the bugs are or insects. It is a risk to your health if you stay here

Location was great. Near to metro station. Everything seems goods.

The hotel is located very close to the subway station, about ten to fifteen minutes' walk away. It is very convenient to walk to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. It is clean, tidy, sanitary, with complete facilities and good service.

The room is not big and compact. The small window is very small and faces the corridor. I didn’t take too many photos. It’s okay.

Maybe 500 yuan is very cheap in this Nanjing Road area, but it's different from what is described in the pictures. I would definitely not stay here if I was in a hurry. There was a bad smell as soon as I entered the corridor, and the room was very old. The material of the shoes was like paper, and there was only a little toilet paper. The toilet was blocked after using it 😓. There were two beds for three people and we couldn't get an extra pillow. We left at 10 am for a flight at 2:40 pm. I really didn't want to stay any longer.

The experience of staying here is very satisfactory. The room is super clean, no odor, and it also has a smart toilet, which is great! The hot water comes out very quickly, and the shower is super comfortable. The service at the front desk is also very attentive, and all questions are answered. The breakfast selection is also OK, the self-service coffee is good, I don't give ice cream to my children, but the children still eat popcorn for free, because I checked in at night, the front desk lady and brother also gave me a thoughtful cooling ice jelly, very pleasantly surprised, 5 stars for service

The hotel's location is very advantageous, very close to Nanjing East Road subway station, just a few minutes' walk away. But don't expect much from the facilities, they are just average, but it is really convenient for shopping

The description of this hotel is a complete black hole! The room is not in the hotel at all, but a corridor on the first floor outside the hotel wall. The room and the bathroom are only a few square meters in total, and the bathroom is so small that you can't turn around! There is nothing in the room except 2 very small and bad beds, a terrible air conditioner (the sound is like a tractor), and a small table. The bottled water indicated is not provided, and the toiletries are so bad that they can't be used! I have never seen such bad slippers! The toilet is not draining smoothly! I reported to the front desk that it was impossible to live there, but the front desk didn't care at all. I complained to the platform, and Ctrip customer service was still very helpful. It took me a few minutes to verify the situation and funded a free upgrade to change the room for me. Thumbs up for Ctrip 👍🏻.

The hotel has a very good location, subway station two blocks away, right on the Nanjing road block, three blocks from the bund, 7 blocks from Yu garden, it is a very neighborhood…. The only thing I didn't like was that there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, otherwise everything was fine
